In the pages that follow, I would like to present for the reader my understanding of the provenance and need for infrapolitical thinking now. What follows below in reference to the project’s provenance is a slightly modified version of a section of the book I published in 2021 on the question of infrapolitics, titled Infrapolitical Passages: Global Turmoil, Narco-Accumulation, and the Post-Sovereign State.
